 Korea Copyright Commission (KCC - Chairman Byung Han Yu) concluded MOU with Europeana on Nov. 27 to exchange public domain information and to agree on mutual cooperation during Europeana’s annual general meeting in Berlin.
KCC and Europeana, under the MOU, agreed to share their maintenance of public domain. KCC is planning on English version of public domain information for the foreigners to provide better access to the Korean cultural inheritance.
Also, KCC will provide Korean based searching engine to make easy of reference for every Korean on the use of public domain of Europeana from the next year. |
