Under the joint auspices of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism(MCST) and Agency for Cultural Affairs(ACA), Korea Copyright Commission held ’The 4th K-J Forum’ on the 10th of December at COEX Asem Hall.

 

Japanese copyright experts, under the theme of ’Copyright System in Japan’, presented recent amendment of copyright law and present condition of operating Collective Management Organization(CMO) under the Act on Management Business of Copyright.
 

The Forum provided a good opportunity for the attendants to compare operational system of CMO between Korea and Japan, and to get a deep understanding about Copyright System in Japan.
