The Study Visit to the Collective Management Organizations in Korea was held from March 19 to 23, 2018 in Seoul, Korea.

This workshop was organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism of republic of Korea (MCST) and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in cooperation with the Korea Copyright Commission　(KCC).

Approximately 30 attendees, including representatives of CMOs/associations (CMO task force included) and government officials from Mongolia, Myanmar and Cambodia, international and national speakers and WIPO officials, participated in the workshop.

The study visit provided opportunities for participants to discuss their experience and benefits of the establishment of CMOs and to learn the Korean experience relating to the establishment and development of its Collective Management system.
