On February the 3rd, Inter-regional Workshop for Heads of Copyright Offices on Capacity Building, organized by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), and in cooperation with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (MCST), and with the assistance of the Korea Copyright Commission (KCC), was held at Lotte Hotel, Seoul, Republic of Korea.
