Korean Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (Minister Choe, Kwang-shik) and Korea Copyright Commission (Chairman Yu, Byong-han) held the ‘1st Korea-Vietnam Copyright Cooperation Seminar’ at Daewoo Hotel in Hanoi on 13th of December.
For the theme ‘Online copyright protection measures of South Korea and Vietnam for the development copyright-dependent industries’, 50 participants comprised of government officials and industry experts from both countries discussed current condition of online copyright-dependent industries, measures to fight against online copyright infringement, and experiences and strategies for the development of digital copyright-dependent industries.
South Korea and Vietnam agreed that this seminar was a good opportunity to promote future cooperation between the two countries in the field of copyright-dependent industries.
